As an applicant, how should I upload documents requested by programs?

The CaRMS application is meant to be self-serve and most application documents can be uploaded directly into your account.  The document submission methods for application documents can be found on the Document Submission page of the CaRMS website located here: https://www.carms.ca/match/r-1-main-residency-match/applicant/application-process-documents-r1/document-submission-r1/
