Can I apply to the second iteration if I didn’t match in the first?

If you go unmatched in the first iteration, you will still be able to participate in the second iteration. However, some restrictions may apply. Some provinces may not accept applications from you if you did not submit any applications to any programs within that province in the First Iteration. We recommend applicants review the provincial criterias for more information.

After the conclusion of the first iteration match, you will need to log in and go to the "My Application-->Match participation" section, select the Second Iteration and then click ‘Participate’. This will move your account to the second iteration of the match year.
