Applicants can verify the status of their documents from the "Document Tracking" section by looking at the 'Status' and 'Date' columns. You will see a date and the way in which it was put into your account. (Scanned, uploaded, submitted, etc).
If there is no date and the document is not there, please note that when a document is received it can take 24-48 hours for the document to be scanned. If you have confirmation of the document being received and it has passed a 2 business day time frame, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know so that we can look into it.
