As a program administrator/director, why can't I modify certain sections when updating the program description?

As a program administrator/director, you have access to modify almost every section of the program descriptions.

Some sections are universal and exceptions because they are set by your postgraduate office, which means only the Postgraduate office can edit them. They are: return of service, language, and citizenship.
