I no longer have access to the email address on my account so I can't reset my password.

If a user no longer has access to the email address associated with their CaRMS Online account, they must send an email to operations@carms.ca. The email should confirm what the old address was along with the new one it should be changed to. CaRMS may ask a security question for security purposes prior to making the changes.

Once the changes have been made, you can reset your password at the main login page by clicking on the "Forgot username or password" option and enter the email address now associated with your account to receive the resetting options.
