If, at any point during the match, you need to remove a program, the first step is to remove its participation in your CaRMS Online account. Doing this will remove the program description, as well as the quota, from our website. Once this is done, neither you or the program administrators or directors will have access to the applications submitted. If you would like to send an email to any of the applicants before this, get all information necessary prior to removing this program’s participation.
An email will also be sent from CaRMS letting applicants know that the program is no longer participating in the match, and that any questions they may have can be forwarded to the postgraduate medical education office.
