I participated in last years R-1 Main Residency Match and completed the CSIQ. Do I need to complete the questionnaire again?

Any applicant who is participating in the 2024 R-1 Match who also participated in the 2023 R-1 Match will need to complete the form from scratch, if they decide they want to fill out the questionnaire again.

The CaRMS Self-Identification Questionnaire is completely optional and while you are not required to fill out this questionnaire, we hope you will fill it out—whether you identify as a member of a minority group or not.
