How do I assign my Casper and FMPRoC scores to the programs requesting it?

To assign your Casper and/or Family Medicine Professional Choices (FMProC) score to programs: 

1. Log into your CaRMS Online account.
2. Under My Application, select Application to Programs.

There are two methods to assign your score(s) to programs: 

1. Mass assigning the score(s) to programs (easiest) 

• Click MASS ASSIGNMENT on the Applications to programs page.
• Select the Casper/FMPRoC score you wish to assign from the table on the left, then select the programs to which you wish to assign the documents from the table on the right. Click ASSIGN.
  • If the Casper/FMPRoC is listed as automatically assigned, there is no further action to complete. The score(s) have been automatically assigned to all the programs you have applied to. 

2. Assigning the score(s) individually, by program

• Under the ACTIONS column, click on the pencil icon on the respective program.
• Make your way to the Examinations document assignment tab and check off the scores you wish to assign.
  • If the Casper/FMPRoC is automatically assigned, there is no further action to complete for this program. The score(s) have been automatically assigned to this program. 

Note: if you are assigning this score after the application deadline, you must click Submit application for your changes to be saved.
