How do I extract the Family Medicine Structured Reference Letter (FMSRL) summary report?

Family Medicine programs are now able to generate a comprehensive centralized report containing all elements of the FMSRL entered by referees directly within CaRMS Online.

This report allows you to consolidate feedback on applicants that was provided through the Family Medicine Structured Reference Letter (FMSRL) by referees. 

1. Log into your CaRMS Online account.
2. Under the match menu and File Review, click FMSRL Summary report. 
3. Click on the program for which you wish to export this report. The programs available to you for file review will be listed.
4. Click on DOWNLOAD REPORT to download the data into an Excel file.
