I am having issues updating my program's interview offer statuses, what could be wrong?

To update your program's interview offer statuses, you must log into your CaRMS Online account and select Interview Offer Status under the selected match. You cannot update your interview offer statuses anywhere else in your CaRMS Online account.

If you have entered this section, selected the program you wish to update and find that the EDIT, BULK CHANGE and SAVE CHANGES buttons are not clickable, you first must ensure you have selected and saved your message to applicants. :

Note: a message must be selected for both selected and not selected for interview.
