How do I use filters when reviewing applicants?

When reviewing applications, you have the option to use the filters to refine the list of applicants.

  1. Log into your CaRMS Online account and select either View, Print or Export application data under your selected match.
  2. A list of the programs you have access to will be displayed. Select the program you wish to review.
  3. On the left hand side of your screen you will see the below screenshot. Select Filters to open a drop down of the available filters. Selecting more than one filter will allow you to select the OR option when running the filters.       FileReview_Filter_EN.png
  4. Select RUN FILTER to use the selected filter(s) and view the applicants who fit the criteria for the selected filter(s).
