How do I extract Family Medicine Professional Choices (FMProC ) scores?

Starting in the 2025 R-1 Main Residency Match, FMProC  scores will be masked to file reviewers/programs until the interview period has ended. During the masked period, the following filters will be disabled in CaRMS Online.

Under the match menu and File Review, click Export application data.

1. Click on the program for which you wish to export data. The programs available to you for file review will be listed.
2. Applicants to this program are listed on the left side of the screen, the export of data includes all applicants. 
3. Select the data you wish to export by checking the boxes under the specified sections (Casper and/or FMProC) or click SELECT ALL DATA to include all elements. Select CLEAR to start over.
4. You can apply filters by clicking on 'filters' on the left side of the page and searching within the search filter box for NAC.
5. Select a filter from the drop-down menu. Click RUN FILTER.
6. Click EXPORT to export the data into an Excel file.

Here are the available filters for FMProC examination and what the filters will extract. 

FMProC

1) FMProC> = will include: 

• Applicants who have provided FMProC test data and the score meets the specified score chosen. 

2) FMProC - Taken will include: 

• Applicants who have taken the FMProC test and have provided FMProC test data.

3) FMProC - Not Taken will include: 

• Applicants who have not taken the FMProC test or have not provided FMProC test data.
