I am participating in the post-match process (PMP) but am unable to see Quebec programs when I search for them in the Applications to programs section. Why would this be?

If you are unable to see the programs when searching for them by clicking on the ADD PROGRAMS button in the Applications to programs section of your CaRMS Online account, it means that you are not eligible to apply to those programs. 

For example, if you were eligible for regular stream positions in Quebec in the second iteration of the R-1 match, then you could apply to regular stream positions being offered in the post-match process, but you could not apply to particular stream positions. 

It works the other way around as well. If you were eligible for particular stream positions, then you could not apply to regular stream positions being offered in the PMP. 

You are either eligible for one or the other, but never for both.
