Once a translation is complete and uploaded, CaRMS will add the amount owing to your account balance. at some point before file review, you will be prompted to complete the payment. When an amount for translation is outstanding, you may be unable to complete other actions in CaRMS Online until the invoice has been settled.
You can also check your account balance any time by selecting “Payment History” under your name location at the top-right of your CaRMS Online account. The translation fees owing will be listed on the page.
