Why can’t I select my document to request a translation?

You may not be able to request a translation for the following reasons:

  • Your document may not be eligible for translation
  • Your document may not be uploaded correctly
  • Your document may not have been uploaded into your account
  • There may be a previous translated version of this type of document in your account (if you participated in a previous match and requested a translation); please email documents@carms.ca to have the previous version removed
  • Your account is not set to "Both English and French" in the My Information->Personal information section (How do I create a bilingual account/application?)
