You may not be able to request a translation for the following reasons:
- Your document may not be eligible for translation,
- Your document may not be uploaded correctly,
- Your document may not have been uploaded into your account,
- There may be a previous translated version of this type of document in your account (if you participated in a previous match and requested a translation).
- Your account is not set to "Both English and French" in the My Information->Personal information section.
