Can I track the status of my translation requests?

Once translated documents are available in your file, you will see a date in the ‘Date completed’ column of the ‘Documents submitted for translation’ table on your Translation Requests page and in the ‘Date’ column on your Document Tracking page. CaRMS cannot provide more specific tracking information.

Do not contact  Ubiqus Ottawa Inc. regarding the status of translation requests submitted through CaRMS Online, as they are unable to deal directly with applicants. Any questions regarding CaRMS’ translation services should be directed to translationservice@carms.ca .
