Can I track the status of my translation requests?

All translation requests submitted prior to the translation request milestone will be uploaded to your application before the opening of file review or reference letter unmasking (applicable to R-1 match only). Any translation requests submitted after the translation request milestone, will be uploaded when translation has been completed (note: CaRMS cannot guarantee a specific time that they will be completed).

Once translated documents are available in your file, you will see a date in the ‘Date completed’ column of the ‘Documents submitted for translation’ table on your Translation Requests page and in the ‘Date’ column on your Document Tracking page. CaRMS cannot provide more specific tracking information.

Do not contact Société Gamma regarding the status of translation requests submitted through CaRMS Online, as they are unable to deal directly with applicants. Any questions regarding CaRMS’ translation services should be directed to translationservice@carms.ca.
