As a program director or program administrator user, you have the responsibility to:
- Carefully review and follow all CaRMS agreements and policies
- Define specific eligibility criteria for your residency program(s)
- Provide all required information related to your program description(s) and selection criteria to CaRMS in a timely manner
- Recruit or rank the most suitable applicants based on your selection criteria
- Ensure procedures are in place to destroy, delete, erase or convert applicant information into an anonymous form
