I am an International medical graduate, which programs require the Casper for the 2025 R-1 match?

Below is a list of IMG stream programs that required the Casper test for the First Iteration of the 2025 R-1 match. 

This article will be updated with the programs requiring the Casper in the Second Iteration of the 2025 R-1 Match on March 6th, 2025.
