How can I change a student's date of graduation in the UG Portal?

Date of graduation changes before the R-1 match opens:

If changes to a student’s date of graduation occur after the initial class list is sent to CaRMS and prior to the match opening, please send an email to communication@carms.ca with the student’s name and the new date of graduation.

Date of graduation changes after the R-1 match opens:

If changes to a student’s date of graduation occur after the initial class list is sent to CaRMS and prior to the match opening, you must make the change yourself from your UG portal account as follows:

  1. Search for the student under Class List;
  2. Click on the pencil icon located to the right of the student;
  3. Ensure the Confirm Graduation Date option is checked off;
  4. Select the Date of Graduation using the calendar icon;
  5. Click Save;
  6. Send an email to communication@carms.ca to confirm this change was made with the student’s name and the new date of graduation included.
