Some of my reference letters in the document tracking section have different statuses. Can I assign these reference letters?

Once the reference letter is submitted, its status on your Document Tracking page will change to the Check-mark icon green_checkmark.jpg, indicating the letter has been added to your CaRMS account and is available for you to assign to programs.

If the reference has a different status icon, you can still assign this to your programs however no document will be available until your reference provider has submitted the document.
