Date of graduation changes before the R-1 match opens:
If changes to a student’s date of graduation occur after the initial class list is sent to CaRMS and prior to the match opening, please send an email to communication@carms.ca with the student’s name and the new date of graduation.
Date of graduation changes after the R-1 match opens:
If changes to a student’s date of graduation occur after the initial class list is sent to CaRMS and after the match opening, you must make the change yourself from your UG portal account as follows:
- Search for the student under Class List;
- Click on the pencil icon located to the right of the student;
- Ensure the Confirm Graduation Dateoption is checked off;
- Select the Date of Graduationusing the calendar icon;
- Click Save;
- Send an email to communication@carms.cato confirm this change was made with the student’s name and the new date of graduation included.
