Who has access to notes left by File Reviewers in applicant files?

Program administrators and/or program directors determine who the file reviewers are for their programs.

When setting them up in CaRMS Online, they must determine if the file reviewer will have “Read-Only Access” or “Full Access”.

The access is what determines which file reviewers can read or write notes in individual applicant files.

  • Read-Only Access: file review users cannot read or leave any notes in applicant files.
  • Full Access: file review users have the ability to leave notes as well as read notes from other file reviewers who also have full access.
