Who has access to notes left by File Reviewers in applicant files?

Program administrators and/or program directors determine who the file reviewers are for their programs.

When setting them up in CaRMS Online, they must determine if the file reviewer will have “Read-Only Access” or “Full Access”.

The access is what determines which file reviewers can read or write notes in individual applicant files.
Read-Only Access file review users cannot read or leave any notes in applicant files.
Full Access file review users have the ability to leave notes as well as read notes from other file reviewers who also have full access.
