Who can request batch downloads of applications?

Program administrators, program directors, and file reviewers with standard access or full access can request batches of applicant files to download.

The downloads can take some time depending on how many are to be downloaded.

Once the downloads are complete, the requester will receive an email notification that confirms they are ready to be retrieved.

Downloads must be retrieved within 7 business days following its completion.

After the 7 business days, the downloads will be removed from the system and no longer available. If this is the case, new request will be to be submitted.
