Will the program(s) get a notification if a document is assigned after the beginning of the file review period?

If applicants assign documents to programs any time after the beginning of the file review period, the programs do not get a notification.

Programs can download a report throughout the match that shows if an applicant has updated a document. However, there is no way to advise programs that they should download the report.
