How can I print or review my application?

Applicants are only able to access their latest application information during the current match so long as they participated in one of the iterations within that match cycle. The only exception to this is when CaRMS Online closes between the Rank Order List deadline and the release of match results. Once the match is over, applicants are no longer able to access, review, or print their application information.

There are a couple of options available within CaRMS Online that allows applicants to print their application information.

Print a summary of what you filled out in the 'My Information' sections:

1. In your CaRMS Online account, go to the My Application->Applications to programs section;
2. On the right-hand side, click on View 'My Information' summary;
3. Click on the language you want to print the application on the top-left;
4. Click on the PRINT button at the top-left (above the language).

Print the entire application to a specific program:

1. In your CaRMS Online account, go to the My Application->Applications to programs section;
2. Under the Actions column on the right of each program on your list, click on the .PDF icon;
3. Click on the language you want to print the application on the top-left;
4. Click on the PRINT button at the top-left (above the language).
5. Repeat the previous steps for each program on your list, if you wish.
