Both programs and applicants expressed concerns regarding the current process where interview offers are only emailed to applicants.
UG/PG Deans were made aware of the potential risks within the existing processes which could lead to applicants not receiving an invitation to take part in an interview, which in-turn would impact their ranking position by programs.
CaRMS was asked to form a committee with representation across programs and learners to explore a solution to this issue to reduce applicant uncertainty.
