In my CaRMS Online account, it shows that I was not selected for an interview but the program sent me an email concerning an interview offer. What does this mean?

The program may have made an error in either the interview offer status assigned to you in CaRMS Online or in sending you an interview offer.

We recommend you contact the program directly to obtain clarification.
