I haven't received an interview status yet, should I contact the program(s)?

You should receive an interview offer status update on the interview offer status page in your CaRMS Online account, or receive individual communication from the program directly, depending on their local processes.

First iteration / matches without iterations:
If you haven't received an interview status update from all your programs prior to the interview period beginning, you may contact program(s) to inquire on the status of your interview offer.

Second iteration:

Programs are not expected to complete any interview offer status updates for applicants in the second iteration due to its compressed timeline.

Note: The interview period for the Medicine Subspecialty Match (MSM) begins days after file review opening, therefore applicants may not receive an interview offer status notification by the opening of the interview period.
