How will my program be able to view the selected dates from other faculties’ programs within the same discipline?

Interview dates for other faculties’ programs within your discipline are displayed in  (dark purple) within the calendar and this will allow you to try and avoid scheduling conflicting interviews. 

Please note that you can select the same date as another program. If you choose the same date as another program, a pop-up will ask you to confirm that you want to proceed.

Note: A program can have the same date selected as another, but it is always recommended to also have an alternate date to avoid potential conflicts for the applicants. This does not apply to Family Medicine.  

You can also, at any time, hover over an entry to see the full program name, including program site.
