What does the interview offer status tool look like for applicants?

Applicants have a section called “Interview Offer Status” within their CaRMS Online account.  

Once they click on this section, they are presented with a grid that includes the list of the programs to which they have applied to, their current status, as well as when their status was last updated by the program. 

Once a program has entered an interview offer status for the applicant, the appropriate status icon will appear within the grid.  A legend of all the statuses is also presented on this page.  

 

The applicant will receive an automated e-mail with the following information. 

 Applicants can also control how often they wish to receive these notifications of any interview offer status updates to either Immediately, Daily, or Never. The default is set to daily unless an applicant changed the frequency in their CaRMS Online account.
