Before the file review period begins for your match, you can make any and all changes to your application, including modifying your “My Information” sections and documents assigned to programs, even after applying to a program.
Once the file review period of your match begins, you will not be able to modify your “My Information” sections*. Also, you won’t be able to remove or edit a document that’s assigned to a program. You will only be able to upload and assign new documents, as well as leave update notes to programs.
Please note this is not the case for any Post-Match Process (PMP), as there is no file review period. Once an application is submitted during the PMP, it becomes available to the program. It then follows the same rules as though a file review period has begun.
*Note: you will be able to modify your “Personal Information” and “physiciansapply.ca transfers” section until the rank order list deadline.
