Your Cégep transcript does not count as an Undergraduate transcript (Bachelor's Degree). Although you can enter your Cégep information under "My Information - Non Medical Education", the transcripts are not interchangeable.

If you're applying to a program that is requiring an Undergraduate transcript and you don't have undergraduate non-medical training, we recommend uploading a letter in place of the transcript. This letter would simply be a statement explaining that non-medical undergraduate education was not a prerequisite for your medical school. You should upload this letter unto your application in place of your undergraduate transcript. This letter is to help avoid any confusion for programs when they review your application.
