How do I know if I have a CASPer document in my account?

CaRMS automatically removes all CASPer documents that are no longer valid from the accounts of previous R-1 match participants every September. 

In the Document Tracking section of your CaRMS Online account, the Status and Date columns are what confirms whether there is a document or not.

  • The status Created will not have a date and means there is no document in that placeholder.
  • The status Uploaded will have a date and means that there is a document in that placeholder which is when it was added.
