How does CaRMS ensure Postgraduate offices can successfully access match day results?

We know it’s important that you receive match day reports on time – no matter what. The following measures are in place to make sure that you can access them even in the event of unexpected issues with CaRMS Online.

1. In the event you are not able to access match day results on CaRMS Online, the reports will be accessible to the Deans and PGME Managers through their individual Nextcloud account. These reports will be uploaded in Excel format to the same Nextcloud account used for pre-Match Day reports at 12:00 (noon) ET every Match Day.
2. Timeliness of communication on Match Day is paramount. We commit to following the principles of ‘early and often’ when it comes to our communications on important issues.
3. We have enhanced our Match Day emergency response procedures to better help our stakeholders.
