It will depend on the type of experience. If you volunteered and it wasn't clinical experience, this information would go under "My Information - Volunteer".

If you received a special license and/or had supervised clinical experiences related to COVID-19, then you should place this information under "My Information - Work".

Although the same activity may fit into different categories under "My Information", only enter the activity once. You can also include your experience in your custom CV/resume document.
