Programs are asked to identify if any information gathered outside of the CaRMS application and their local interview process is used for evaluating purposes.
If a program indicates that they will consider information gathered outside of the CaRMS application and their local interview process, they must indicate which situations will be considered from the following list:
- Social interaction during program related events
- Communication with program administration
- Social media
- Unsolicited reference letters
- Unsolicited email references
- Unsolicited verbal information on a candidate’s prior performance
- Unsolicited feedback from colleagues and co-workers
- Other
