First Iteration:
In order to know whether you need to write the Casper test in English, French, or both!, you must refer to the program descriptions.
If a program is requesting English applications as the language in their program description, you must write the Casper test in English.
If a program is requesting French applications as the language in their program description, you must write the Casper test in French.
If a program states they accept applications in English OR French (bilingual), the program MUST specify which language they would like the Casper test result to be in as part of their document requirement. This is because the English and French Casper tests are not the same and therefore programs would not be able to evaluate an English result versus a French result. As you can conclude, you may need to complete the Casper exam in both French and English in this case.
Second Iteration:
Due to the EN and FR test dates for the second iteration being offered on the same date and time, Acuity Insights (previously Altus Assessments) is waiving the requirement that the Casper test must be completed in a specific language. Acuity is communicating this to affected programs to ensure they accept any language. Any questions regarding this or any other Casper related inquiries, please contact Acuity Insight's Casper Applicant Support at support@altus.as.
