I wrote the 2020 NAC and don’t have the Supplemental Information Report (SIR). How do I complete the document assignment tab for programs requesting the SIR?

For the 2020 NAC, the Medical Council of Canada did not issue a Supplemental Information Report (SIR). 

In this case, under the document assignment page, you will not have to assign the SIR. Instead, select the acknowledgement checkbox as shown in the following screenshot.
