As a referee, could you let me know if any of the reference materials I provided in previous matches were shared with the applicant?

CaRMS is unable to share with referees whether or not reference materials they provided were viewed by applicants. Such requests are considered the applicant’s personal information and are therefore subject to privacy protections. 

Applicants were able to request current and historical references beginning in the 2019 match cycle. If you provided references for any R-1 matches up to and including the 2021 R-1 match, or any subspecialty matches up to and including the current 2022 subspecialty matches, it is possible the references may have been viewed by applicants who submitted access to information requests.
