How did CaRMS create the questionnaire?

In building the questionnaire, CaRMS engaged with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion and learner leadership to ensure that the questions asked are in line with current best practices, and that the language used is appropriate, respectful, and inclusive.
