I want to complete the CaRMS self-identification questionnaire for the programs that are requesting it, but I don’t want my data to be sent to CaRMS. What do I do?

The CaRMS self-identification questionnaire is inline and completed directly within CaRMS Online. Because it is inline, it is not possible to complete the CaRMS self-identification questionnaire without this information being shared with CaRMS.

If you would like to provide the self identification questionnaire to a program that is requesting it, you must complete the questionnaire within your CaRMS Online account.
