I would like to complete both an English and a French CaRMS self identification questionnaire, what do I have to do?

First, you must create a bilingual application. 

If you have already completed the questionnaire in one language (EN or FR), the original questionnaire remains in your DOCUMENT TRACKING section. 

If you'd like to complete the questionnaire in the opposite language:

1. Ensure your application is set the the appropriate language at the top right corner of your CaRMS Online account.
2. From the drop-down menu, select CaRMS SELF-IDENTIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE. The form will already be autofilled with the entries you have already entered in your original questionnaire.
3. Review and click SAVE. 
4. Once you have clicked on SAVE, a copy of your completed questionnaire (in the opposite language) can be found within your DOCUMENT TRACKING section for you to view.
