"Error 403" typically appears for one of the following reasons:
1. You didn't log out of your previous session properly. You may now see a Logout button at the top-right. Click on that and log back in and it can bypass the error.
2. You have multiple CaRMS Online windows open at a time. You should only have one open when accessing the system.
3. There's something in your browser's cache causing it and if you clear your browser's cache/history and log back in, it should bypass the error.
