Where can I indicate my extra-curricular activities?

Depending on the type of activity, you can include this information in different categories of your CaRMS "My Information" section. Although the same activity may fit into different categories under "My Information", only enter the activity once.

You can also include your extra-curricular activities in your custom CV/resume document.
