How do I submit my program description for PGME approval?

  1. Under the MATCH menu, select Program Descriptions.
  2. Your list of available programs will be displayed. To submit a program description, move your cursor over the pencil icon in the Action column and click Submit.

Once submitted, you cannot make revisions to a program description. If additional changes are required, please use the Request to Edit functionality in your CaRMS Online account. Your PGME office will be notified that you have requested a change and can approve your request which will allow you to edit the program description as needed and then send it back to your PGME office for re-approval.
