How do I extract the Structured Reference Letter summary report?

Programs with Structured Reference Letters are now able to generate a comprehensive centralized report containing all elements entered by referees directly within CaRMS Online.

This report allows you to consolidate feedback on applicants that was provided through the Structured Reference Letter by referees. 

1. Log into your CaRMS Online account.
2. Under the match menu and File Review, click your program's Summary report. 
3. Click on the program for which you wish to export this report. The programs available to you for file review will be listed.
4. Click on DOWNLOAD REPORT to download the data into an Excel file.
