Why do I see an error message during registration?

When entering information during the registration process (or any other aspect of CaRMS Online), some items may require you to select an option from a drop-down menu.

If you try to type something into a box with a drop-down menu, the system may give you an error message containing the words [object Object]...SyntaxError. To move forward, click the "OK" button and then try again, but this time, make sure to select one of the options in the drop-down menu provided.

To find what you are looking faster, start typing the word to filter the list, and then select the appropriate item from the filtered list. For example: If you wish to select "Ontario" as the province you live in, simply just start typing "Ont" and the drop-down menu should show you the "Ontario" option to click on.
