How do I add a note to a program?

Once File Review has started, you can add a note to your application to a program. Notes can be used to inform programs, if for example, the wrong document was assigned, or you updated an already assigned document. Only use Notes for required clarifications; do not use Notes to communicate with a program or for impertinent information/clarification.

A note is not editable after submitting it.

To add a note:

  1. Once logged into your CaRMS account, go to “My Application – Applications to programs”;
  2. Click the pencil icon MicrosoftTeams-image (4).png of the application where you would like to add a note;
  3. On the following page, click the “Add note to program” button;
  4. Enter your note;
  5. Click “Submit”.
