How do I remove a program?

In the "Match Management - Set up - Programs" section, you’ll find a list of the programs available at your faculty. To view the programs, choose the applicable match from the “Match” dropdown.

Remove a program through this section to:

• remove the program and all related quota streams and
• remove the program from CaRMS permanently

To remove a program from CaRMS:

1. Click the trash can icon in the Action column beside the program you wish to remove.
2. Fill in the required fields and click SAVE

The program will now appear with a program status of "Removal pending". This program will remain in your list for the entire match year with this status and the program will not be carried over to the following year’s match.

Once completed, you will no longer be able to use this program in a match.
